Lost Presents
WWE RAW 2006

Bookers Notes: WWE RAW 2006 is a show I began three years ago on the old WZforums, starting from Cyber Sunday to New Years Revolution I booked each RAW consecutively every two weeks. The work load I had back then, beginning Year 12 (Last Year of High School) and work was starting to creep up on me and the disappearance of my old booking partner (A guy who did Smackdown), I lost the motivation to keep going. As of now, I’d like to announce a return to the booking world. As I could never manage and write two shows at a time (RAW and Smackdown), I’ll only be doing storylines that have to do with RAW, I’ll probably also bring some Smackdown stars over later on to freshen things up, or go one step further and bring the independent guys (At the time) over to RAW so they can start their journey again (Jeff Hardy, MVP, Mr. Kennedy etc...). In saying that, as the Royal Rumble is the next PPV on the WWE Roster, I will not be writing the match itself (I don’t have the match skills to do so and the roster I have is far too small to do anything that big), rather just announcing a winner, however, I will add several more matches than usual to the card and put allot more effort into the matches! I hope to have RAW posted within two weeks of this post and hope everyone enjoys the storylines I produce.

Matches

Mainevent
Triple Threat Match for the World Wrestling Entertainment Championship
Triple H vs. John Cena (c) vs. Kurt Angle
The World Wrestling Entertainment Championship had been held by John Cena for what seemed like forever, the fairytale had now became something of an Everest for WWE Superstars who had wished to dethrone the WWE Champ. After surviving a Street Fight against Kurt Angle at Survivor Series, Cena again found himself defending the WWE title against Angle at New Years Revolution; but this time, the stacks would be against Cena, as not only would he have to contend with the American Hero but a man he had never faced in singles competition, The Game Triple H. In a match that was brutal and bloody, Kurt Angle would become victorious and win the WWE Championship for a fifth time pinning Triple H after two consecutive Angle Slams.
Winner by Pinfall Kurt Angle (41.3mins)

#1 Contendership for the WWE Championship
Shawn Michaels vs. Rob Van Dam
Shawn Michaels was a man who wanted to prove that his heart and soul was still in the wrestling business, after succumbing to several losses reaching back to Cyber Sunday and a fortune of bad luck, the Showstopper found himself confronting death himself, Mr. Eric Bischoff. After a confrontation on Monday Night RAW led to Bischoff being laid out by Michaels own, Sweet Chin Music; Bischoff put it all on the line, Michaels very own career or a shot at the WWE Championship in a match at New Years Revolution against a man who was returning from a shoulder injury and one of Michaels very own ally in the WWE, Rob Van Dam! RVD would have to make a dangerous decision, Michaels career or a shot at the title he’s never been able to claim. In a match that stole the show, Michaels was able to connect with the Sweet Chin Music and pin RVD to end his horrendous losing streak and win a shot for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble.
Winner by Pinfall Shawn Micheals (34.5mins)

World Tag Team Championship
Inferno Match
Three Minute Warning vs. Kane and the Big Show (c)
Kane and the Big Show had gone undefeated ever since Cyber Sunday where they were voted into a match with Trevor Murdoch and Lance Cade for the World Tag Team Championship, in which they won the titles. However weeks before New Year’s Revolution, Big Show found Kane bruised and bloody in the car park. Show went on the hunt for the men who took out Kane. With Kane out of the picture on the following RAW, the culprits would soon make their presence known. The returning three minute warning would take out Big Show, beating him within an inch of death before security was able to stop Jamal Splashing Show off the top turnbuckle through a table. On the next RAW, Kane and Show made their return stalking out Eric Bischoff who gave 3MW the night off, it was there Kane would force Bischoff to make a match at New Years Revolution, not only would it be contest for the Tag Titles but that it would be contested under Inferno Rules. Show and Kane won the match by putting Jamal and Rosey on fire!
Winner by lighting ther oppoents on fire the Big Show and Kane (14.3mins)

Women’s Championship
Trish Stratus (c) vs. Mickie James
Mickie James had been on the prowl for Trish Stratus’s Women’s Championship for weeks now, assaulting Trish backstage and even going as far as stalking out the Womens Champions own home in Toronto! However, Mickie wouldn’t earn the title shot until a week before the event where she was able to gain a pinfall victory over Trish in a tag match on Monday Night RAW. While the momentum was in Mickies corner, Trish Stratus was able to overcome the odds with the Stratusfaction, however after the match Melina ran through the crowd, jumping the barrier and assaulted Trish, eventually hitting her with the Women’s Title and a stiff Impale DDT.
Winner by Pinfall Trish Stratus (8.4mins)

Gregory Helms vs. Shelton Benjamin
Gregory Helms was a man after respect, but not only was he doing it in a disrespectful manner but he was demanding respect that should be earned in the ring. After weeks of talking himself up and putting down his fellow superstars, one man had had enough and challenged Helms to a one on one contest, that man was Shelton Benjamin. After coming off a stinging Intercontinental Title defeat to Ric Flair, in which Flair won his 2nd Intercontinental Championship, Benjamin was pumped and ready to shut Helms up and go back on the hunt for his Intercontinental Title. In a great wrestling match in which both Superstars showed the world as to why there two of the best in the company, Benjamin pinned Helms after a T-Bone Suplex.
Winner by Pinfall Shelton Benjamin (22.4mins)

Intercontinental Championship
Special Guest Referee: Edge w/ Lita
Ric Flair (c) vs. Matt Striker
The Nature Boy was ready to take Matt Striker to school after Striker decided to take his “career” into his own hands. After Striker took out Flair on the Cutting Edge, it was revealed that the former school teacher had made an alliance with Edge. The alliances sole purpose was to make Flairs life a living misery and take away his prized Intercontinental Championship! Whether it was because of jealousy or pure hatred for Naitch, Flair was able to one up the duo a week before the event by cracking both Striker and Edge with a steel chair! In a match that was decided by pure wrestling ability, The Nature Boy was able to successfully defend his I.C title by making Matt Striker tap to the Figure Four Leg Lock after Striker hit Edge with missed clothesline and second referee was sent down to officiate the match, after the match, Edge ran into the ring and speared Flair, then to add insult to injury, Edge used his Money In the Bank briefcase and took Flair out.
Winner by Submission Ric Flair (16.8mins)
