Pathetic that they are not patching this for the PS3 owners. I know they have an exclusive agreement for DLC with Microsoft but that shouldn't be considered DLC.

If it is like the level cap that was supposed to be increased with Operation Anchorage then it won't actually happen anyway though. Have Bethesda even bothered to give a reason why the promised level cap increase is a no show with the new content?
