| Stephen King must be one of the worst authors of all time. Nothing irks me more than someone who reads John Grisham, Stephen King, Tom Clancy and the like and somehow think they're really educated, well read people because of it.
Before I get jumped on, if you do read these authors, all the more power to you. It's certainly leagues better than those that read nothing.
My favourite authors: Hunter S Thompson, Joseph Heller, Anthony Burgess, and of course Tolkien. Not exactly the most out there of authors, but I never said they would be now did I?
I don't buy any magazines, I just read up on stuff I'm interested in on the net. |
