And this is my drunken Raw review. Granted my smackdown reviews may be clearer if JV gives me the job of smackdown reporter on the main page (which I applyed for). But dammit Raw will still have my drunnkeness..Plus i dont plan on actually getting the job..Since i havent seen any real comments on those aside from teh generic sable is old, hogan and vince are old comments..
So now that i have shot myself in the foot, onto the review..
We start out with some recaps of last week..Read my damn column if u care what happened last week..Cheapskates..Then we get HBK..Who indroduces Flair..We get some mutual admiration in a dman fine segment..Actual emotion seems to be shown as these guys both know their place in history..Then HHH. Comes down after they set up a match between the two of them..I would really rather he stayed away here.. I dont like to buy allot into the HHH "running everything" idea..But he definitally took all the heat from these guys..Who were amping the crowd up..And moved it to him as the heel..I think a HHH/Flair match would sell better then him and Nash..But whateva..Either way Bishoff makes the Flair/HBK match for bad blood..IM not sure if i like this.. Flair can build a fued with his promors (the crowd has loved him) and HBK can draw..I dont think sticking them togather on a 2nd tier match is good....No matter what i think..A tag match is made HHH vs Flair and HBK..In what seems to be a race to turn heel again..Im thinking HBK
Next Booker T/Test
..I havent seen this match yet and I dont like it..Its obviously gonna promote the Test/Steiner/Stacy thing..Why put Booker here..Either way..It goes as a decent match..Test pulls Stacy infront of a baseball slide.. Gets destracted by Steiner helping Stacy..Loses..Yeah Booker won..But eh beat Test..Why couldnt they have thrown anyone else here? I like the progressing of the angle..But why bring Booker in when anyone could have done this..
Next Austin..Its funny they showed him after a woman getting beat..That amused me at least..HHH comes in, tries to suck up and get out of the match..Austin is amsuing here..HHH doesnt get out of the match..Thats what u need to know
Next Val/Richards
Here is all u need to know..Trish does commentary..Victoris looks hot as hell and i thought her tits were gonna pop out in her outfit..Thats it..Why bother witha match when we are trying to get 2 hot chicks over..Thats why bra and pantie matches were invented..U want me to carw about hot chicks..Show em mostly naked.Hell show em all the way naked..Humping pictures of me
Next Coach and Nash Interview..
Its sad when the Bryant Gumble of wrestling has more of a peronality then a wreslter in a segment..Thats all im saying..Btw I have a question for the ages..Who is whiter? Coach or Rodney Mack?
Next Xian and some chcik that looks like she has 87 plastic sugerys gone wrong..Evetually it turns into Xian/Golddust/Booker..I liked this..Some people they should just let go..Booker/Austin/Xian/J2J/etc..I cant be not amused by these people..Its like a midget on rollerskates getting punched by a monkey on a skateboard..U cant go wrong..Let it go
Next Austin and Bish arguee about power...These guys have great chemistry..It amuses me basically any time they talk..This time included..In the end there will be some competetion at the PPV between them
Next Lillian sings..and looks hot..America the Beatiful..Damn frogs interupt..I cant say enough good thinkgs about this..I love mocking the vilian de jur..And the French are that..And should be mocked since they are pussies..Either way Stone Cold does what the germans should have done to them and bashes both of em..
Then we get a sing allong..This amused me..This is one of those things i cant explain..But i had a smile on my face throught the whole thing..
Xian/Golddust match
Nothing much here..Golddust wins with a power slam..Xian amused me with his facial expressions and heel manurisms so that was good..I personally want him to win and go on a honkey tonk man run..If we just got the title lets make it mean something with the people wanting to get it the hell of someone..
White boy challenge..This still amuses..Silly black people thinking they can compete with white people without cheating..HAW..I think Anika proved white men rule!
Either way..Bubba comes out..Gets a ton of offense.. Nowistski hits him from bheind and he loses..Damn take the Mavs loss harder..Jeez

I still like the give and take with Austin and Bish..Lets sh*t cover the face/heel line..Cuz both wanna outdo the other and be more popular..Plus they both amuse me
HHH/Tries to Infulence Flair..Flair gives another kick ass promo..Someone is gonna turn here..Plus there is a masked man running around somehwhere..Ohh the dramam.>Why cant we just let Flair/HHH or Flair/HBK go on by itsself..Its not like they could do it

Some peple may not like this match..But i liked it..It doesnt have to be good..Its memorial day..here in America..IE where it counts..So the french screwed up and cheated and won..Thats some good heel heat..Cuz they are fags..and cheated..If u wanna argue, did the crowd react..Yes they did..It worked..Cheap heat or not, the crowd reacted..
Jerico higlight heel ext
This amused me..Dont lsiten to people who rag goldberg..Thewy are dumb smarks..The man is over as all hell right now..And Jerico is playing the perfect heel here..He thorws in smark comments about him being held down..He runs away..Sprays Goldberg with mace..the man is doing this well..And both guys are over as helll.This progrma is getting Goldberg over as a star in the WWE, like it or not..But he is doing well here also..Screw wrkrate..No one outside people on the internet care about that..The man is giving good promos for his character (and he is a character..unless ur his best friend, all u know is his character)..And they arew both building a great program..
HHH vs Flair/HBK
Nothing much here..Flair turned..I was wrong..I thought HBK cuz allot of the attention wasnt on him..But i guessed wrong..Whateva..Nothing much here..It brings out Nas and the masked man (Orton)..I wish these fueds were separate..They would work better..Let it be Flair v HBK..and Nash v HHH/Orton..Togater i dont like em
Overall: This show was like a woman at a bar one last call came..there was some good aspects that I noticed before (austin+tits..Xian/Booker+Ass)..But then the lights came on and i thought to myself..Why is HHH involved with the Fliar match+butter Face syndrome..So basically, act like a guy with this show..Look at the tits and ass of this show..Cuz Austin, Flair, HBK, Booker (interview), and Xian will amuse you..Just make sure ur drunk enough to take the rest of the show home if u have to..Or if ur girl wants to match something else.>Then u love this show..Gotta be your own wingman sometimes...And that bitch cant take away your personality.. |
