These are the Top 15. The biggest jumps are from Texas who moves up to #7, West Virginia to #4 and Michigan to #2.

Finally, some love for the Big East - 2 of the top 10 and 3 of the top 15 are from the conference, and West Virginia, should they win out, suddenly looks like they have a really good chance of playing for the national championship. Michigan belongs at #2, so their jump over USC doesn't surprise me. I think Texas should be at #5, personally -- their only loss on the season was to the #1 team in the country.
