The Yanks/Sox 2004 ALCS comes to mind, as do a few other situations, but here's the scenerio for those who aren't aware. On Septemeber 20th, The Cardinals were in front of their division by 8.5 games. Today, their lead has shrunk to just a half game over the Astros. the Cards have lost 8 of their last 9 and the 'Stros have won 9 straight. |
