The price of putting someone to death may cost more but, what good is saving money if it is just going to be wasted on useless things that only appease those in office. And yes... I am speaking from too many damn personal experiences.
I don't have a problem with the person being put to death, I have a problem with all the legal fees involved. No reason for a bunch of lawyers to get a big payday for no reason.

Let them rot in jail.
