My friends that I see all the time I just say hi. Friends that I haven't seen in a while I usually shake hands. Chick friends usually a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Once I get drunk all those rules go out the window though, but atleast I'm no as bad as one of my mates who once he gets drunk greets people by licking them on the face.
