That doesn't make sense.
I've always read the Gospels as Jesus teaching people to be kind basically the "love thy neighbour" message and that alone is all you need to get to heaven. Because you're excluding Gandhi from your heaven and he's a better man in all aspects than 99% of christians. |
Like I said, I cannot judge anyone. Only God can judge people and I cannot speculate on how we are to be judged.
All I know is what the Bible says and I cannot believe that parts of it is untrue. You believe the whole Bible or none of it in my opinion.
I don't believe it only matters that someone "lived a good life". I don't drink, I don't smoke, I will not have pre-marital sex...etc. Does that mean I automatically make it into heaven?
