All I really wanna say to anyone that reads this is that be careful of how much "alone time you have" because you many end up screwing up your brain.

I totally agree with this..........

The more time alone you spend with yourself, the worse off you are. Granted Freaks case of going camping for a few days to unwind from everyday life is cool and encouraged.......I am talking more about everyday life.

You can drive yourself crazy trying to "think" constantly. Reason being is you can't bounce your crazy ideas/thoughts off someone else and you start overthinking the simplest things.

I also think some people are more apt to seek alone time. I was an only child until I was 11 (mother remarried and I got two step brothers). Now I had TONS of alone time and it wasnt even something I wanted at the time. I was left home before and after my mom went to and got home from work at a very young age. I then secluded myself from the new family and often would just go "out" as a teenager in my car for hours at a time. Sometimes I would just drive down the street and read a book so I didnt have to listen to anyone.

Now that I am older and married with kids and such I find myself seeking alone time but it is with the wife and kids included. I choose not to interact with alot of strangers, co-workers or even friends and family at this point sometimes.

Shit, I mean I even took a job where I am the only person in a 10 story building after 5pm till midnight. Alot of my friends have said when visiting my building "Man, doesnt this totally creep you out?" since its all dark and old and dirty. I just say "I wouldn't have it any other way"

But to back up the original point of agreeing with Chewy. I find that if I am not doing stuff then I dwell on negative shit. That is a main reason for WrestlingClique/Monks. It TOTALLY keeps me occupied while sitting in a barren office for 8 hours a night.

It's about time......now bring on his next fued....
