Fixing Avatars
Because all avatars automatically resize, we admins are willing to resize and place a better looking image in place to show up better. Proper resizing and uploading will prevent that pixely looking mess that some people have.

Also if you are curious about max dimensions they are 400H X 165W if you want to do it yourself.
