Re: Sportscenter Announcement: 9 straight hours live now

During baseball season I suppose it isn't as bad because there are games during the day they can update us on. There's already a station like that called ESPNNEWS that runs 24 hours a day straight sports news, ala sportscenter. Granted, they cycle the same stories a few times in a row before refreshing it (maybe a refresh every hour?)

But once the winter rolls around, that's a lot of news. ESPN will be like CNN - after a while it just gets boring and they are just going to look for filler.

"Next on Sportscenter, we're going LIVE on location in Miami to see Dwayne Wade have a burger at Wendy's."
