I don't venture into "American Sport" section too often, but I saw you had Pelé in this list so I presumed other footballers would be allowed in, so just to throw a couple of names out there:

#7 - George Best? (I'm not sure how good this Elway chap is obviously but Best is the only man Pelé's ever said was a gifted footballer than him to my knowledge)
#14 - Johan Cruyff? (If there's no other great 14's)
