Iran actually has a really cool program regarding the drugs. Apparently they have a TON of heroin addicts, or I think it is heroin, and rather then have them pass around hepatitis or aids, or some other disease that is done through dirty needles they have programs that let drug addicts exchange their old crappy needles for new ones. While they're doing this, they're able to signup for medical care to help stop the addiction. |
