I have a friend who always puts on the same act when he has a good hand. He acts like he's making a REALLY tough decision, and he picks up the cards, holding them up vertically and tapping them on the table. If he calls my bet, I just check and fold on the next round of betting.

Also, the one I mentioned before about the quick glance at the chips is almost 100% accurate, and most players don't even realize they are doing it. If you ever notice it, proceed with extreme caution
