Re: Overly helpful sales people

Agree with the consensus here.

I used to be a sales clerk at K-Mart, Target, you know all the major retailers. I would typically leave people alone if they were just looking intently at the objects on the shelves. But if they were looking around aimlessly, talking to themselves, or looked confused, then I'd walk over and ask them for help.

I can't tell you how many times I'm thumbing through merchandise, just browsing and people walk up and say "Do you need any help?" I just want to say: yeah, help me pay for this, numbnuts.
