Nice tips Tom.

I've watched some DVD's from pro poker players and they all have a lot of the same tells: if a player "splashes" the pot with his chips, he probably is either bluffing or on a draw. Either way, it's probably not strong, because splashing means you are trying to act big, when you really aren't.

Another obvious one is that when a player doesn't even realize it's their turn. You have to say "hey buddy, your bet" and he quickly just throws money in the pot. That usually means a strong hand.

But I agree, you really need to watch how your opponents react when a flop comes down to best determine what they have. A lot of players show it on their face.
