Simon, nobody cares if steroids are illegal. they just don't. Nobody cares if weed is illegal either. Minors drink all the time. Parents don't have an issue with their 19-year old kid drinking at the house.

This world we live in.. I think it's far too simple to just say.. well, "Bonds broke a law and the Patriots broke a rule."

I think there are many factors to this. 1. I think the NFL can do no wrong. Look at all the Pacman Jones' type people they have roaming around the league and yet, nobody gives a shit. 2. The baseball fan for the most part only cares about his team. 3. Bonds is black in a league where it's hard to find a great black player who anyone cares about.
