It really depends... playing it safe I'll go with Pepperoni.

If the place has a great BBQ & Steak Pizza I'll go with that.

If the place has good Sausage I'll go with that.

Some places are idiots. Like they won't season their sausage so it tastes like shit. Or they'll just throw BBQ sauce all over, and it'll be terrible. But I can always count on the Pepperoni pizza being edible.
