Ino, your friend sounds like she has a drinking problem more than anything, or an attention complex.
I've known girls who have had eating disorders, and it's sad that in each of their cases their popularity has skyrocketed due to their losing weight.
Also, my girlfriend has been incredibly tall (6-foot) and thin all her life, to the point where she's been accused of having eating disorders since she was 11 or 12. Now I know first-hand that she eats like a horse, but it's sad when we go out for dinner with friends and she's afraid to leave the table to go use the bathroom because others might think she's going to throw up. |
