I just had an accident on monday as well. It wasn't that bad though. Some guy was in front of me and we were approaching a yield sign. He slowed down then sped up so I thought he had went on. I looked to the side to see if I could go and the guy in front of me had stopped. I couldn't get the car stopped in time so I bumped him.
It is considered my fault but I say it is his fault because he sped up like he was going to go and then stopped again when he had plenty of room to go ahead and merge. |
