| Messing with people and people buggin you
Do you like to do it? I personally enjoy it quite a bit. Simple things, nothing ever malicious I suppose. I work in Boston next to a homeless shelter, battered womens shelter and a drug rehab all within 50 yards on any direction.Now you kinda have to make it clear that you cant keep hooking these people up with smokes, change, food etc etc. They are ALWAYS out there, and they simply never remember people. I try to get them TO remember me, so I dont have to be asked for shit all the time. ( like literally 10 people could ask you for shit in a 2 block walk to the store)When someone sees me smoking a cigarette and they ask me for one my response is usually "I don't smoke" More often than not, they can't process that I am being a smartass and they get all mad "You're smokinig one right now". Then I will say "Oh I got it off that guy" And point to some random person that they then go chasing down. I just love the quizical look on their faces when I say that. You can literally hear the last few brain cells pop if you listen closely. Then there is this other guy that is a scam artist. He is a cyrstal meth guy I believe. He has this BIG elaborate story about how his car got towed with his wallet inside etc etc. Can he get 5 bucks to help get to "Southie" (even though he could walk in 20 minutes if it was legit) where his car got towed. I actually fell for it the first time, and was SOOOOO fucking mad the 2nd time when he came up to me with the same shit. Anyway. He remembers me now because the last 3 times he approached me with this story I have given him "Oh Southie, hey I am heading there right now. Hop in." (he then quickly walks away without saying a word)or"For the love of god man. Come up with a new story"but my favorite is when just as he is about to start talking to me, I do his lines and he just laughs and is like "I need a new location"On a side note, I heard him tell someone he gets 200 bucks a day scamming people on the streets. I have followed him around before and seen at least 10 people in the course of a half hour give him dollar biills. Crazy |
