| It would be hard to sign Japanese wrestlers as they all have Commitment, so get them on an open contract right before you hit Global, as after that they will never sign for you. The main thing to do for wrestlers is to hit the search engine and then look for 50 - 60 Brawl, Technical and Speed and then place them into a camp, most wrestlers from unknown feds will have a low Overness allowing for them to go into a camp with no fuss.
