| I saw on the news the other day I think it was in Massachusetts, a Canadian guy looked up some sex offenders addresses from the web site the state has up and went to their house and killed them. That was what I was talking about.
If a sex offender's address is up on a web site and they decide to move without telling the authorities, it would be the same situation you are talking about. Not really much you can do in that situation. |
