Judas Mesias def. Elix Skipper via Submission.
March 20th 2008 We open iMPACT! this week with Christy Hemme & The Rock 'n' Rave Infection already in the ring. Hemme with mic in hand. Hemme complains about her team being left of the card for the second week in a row. Hemme says this week was the last straw when she seen who did get matches. The Outlaw & Kevin Nash. The crowd boo loudly in disapproval of The Outlaw & Nash. Tyson Dux & A-1. The fans again boo before Hemme says she doesn't even know who they are. Jeff Jarrett & Scott Steiner. This is met with a mild cheer from the fans in attendance. Hemme goes on to say last & most definitely least, The Motor City Machine Guns. The Machine Guns being mentioned gets the biggest reaction yet. Hemme says she wants answers before calling out Jim Cornette.
It doesn't take long for an angry Jim Cornette to make his entrance. Hemme asks Cornette why he is excluding The Rock 'n' Rave Infection each week. Cornette explains that their is simply no room for them tonight. Hemme demands Cornette makes some room. Cornette, clearly pissed off, asks politely if that is a threath. Hemme says its not, its a demand. She goes on to say she gets whatever she wants. Hemme says she wanted Don West's spot. She got Don West's spot & right now, she is starting to want Jim Cornette's job.
With that Lance Hoyt & Jimmy Rave back Cornette into the ring corner. Hoyt grabs Cornette by the throat on Hemme's orders & lifts him for a choke slam. Cornette is saved by entrance music. The Entrance Music of The Motor City Machine Guns. Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley charge to the ring as Hoyt lets go of Cornette who then drops out of the ring. Hemme quickly gets out of the ring as The Machine Guns hit & go after Hoyt & Rave. Despite being ready for them, Hoyt & Rave are soon forced into retreat due to the high energy & fast pace of The Guns. Hoyt & Rave back up the ramp with Christy Hemme when Jim Cornette starts talking.
Cornette says since Hoyt & Rave want to wrestle so badly, they will be in action next week. Against The Motor City Machine Guns. The fans cheer the announcement as The Outlaw & Kevin Nash make their way to the ring for their scheduled match.
Kevin Nash & The Outlaw
vs.
The Motor City Machine Guns
Sabin & Shelley take their former mentor out of action early by focusing on Nash's weak knees. The Outlaw is effectively in a 2 on 1 match. Despite his best efforts The Outlaw falls victim to the ASCS Rush. Shelley & Sabin then both hit Frog Splashes for good measure before picking up the victory.
Result: The Motor City Machine Guns via Pin fall.
As the Machine Guns celebrate their victory by high fiving their fans at ringside, BG James makes his way to the ring. BG has a mic in his hand. BG climbs into the ring & kicks The Outlaw in the side of the head sending him out of the ring. BG James tells The Outlaw that he has found a partner for Lock down's Loser of the Fall is Fired match. BG tells The Outlaw that he bumped into Cornette backstage & got a match made. Next week on iMPACT! The Outlaw will feel the Pounce as he faces the returning Alpha Male Monty Brown in singles action.

As The Outlaw recovers & lifts Nash back to his feet we go backstage to the new TNA World Champion's Locker room. The Fallen Angel is joined by his Lethal Lock down team mate Eric Young but Daniels is on his cell phone. Daniels soon hangs up & tells Eric its done. Eric asks whats done? Daniels explains that he has just found member number four for Lethal Lock down. Eric asks who it is but Daniels tells him he'll have to wait until next week like everybody else. Eric looks disappointed as the screen fades out.

After a short pause, a Video Promo plays. It shows Rhino walking down the roughest streets in Detroit. Rhino says this is where he grew up. He grew up fighting addicts, trouble makers, police officers & every other kind of scum alive. Rhino tells us this is why he doest fear James Mitchell & his monsters. Rhino explains he seen much worse on these streets. Rhino finishes the video by saying he is going to end all the torture, end all the pain, end it all, at Lock down. Rhino issues a challenge to Raven. Rhino says he knows how sick & twisted Raven can be, but he can outdo him. Rhino says he wants to beat Raven at his own game. A Clockwork Orange House of Fun match at Lock down. The video ends as Rhino walks into the distance.
The familiar entrance music of The King of the Mountain plays over the loudspeakers as Jeff Jarrett makes his way to the ring for his first iMPACT! match in over a year. His partner, Scott Steiner, is next out. The opposition come in the form of Team Canada members Tyson Dux & A-1. A video package plays showing highlights of last weeks "match" between Steiner & A-1 that resulted in several attempts to end each others career.
Jeff Jarrett & Scott Steiner
vs.
A-1 & Tyson Dux
Steiner looked really stiff as he laid into Tyson Dux. Understandable after what Dux did to his brother Rick Steiner only a few weeks ago on iMPACT! Both men ended up in the crowd as they traded chops, forearms, punches & kicks. This prompted A-1 & Jarrett to come into the ring & continue the match as a one-on-one. Or so Jarrett thought.
It wasn't long before Robert Roode interfered by tripping Jarrett as he went off the ropes. Roode was ejected from ringside but whilst Earl Hebner was distracted, Petey Williams climbed into the ring with the Canadian Flag on the hockey stick. Petey took aim but was disarmed surprisingly by Johnny Devine, whom Scott D'Amore had tried to convince to rejoin Team Canada but was turned down.
Devine took the flag off of Petey & pointed it at his throat. Petey pleaded with Devine to reconsider. Jarrett, now back on his feet, stopped Devine & asked for the flag so he could be the one to do the deed. Devine handed over the flag but then Super kicked Petey Williams & left the ring. A-1 grabbed Jarrett's shoulder & got his head smashed in with the flag. Jarrett disposed of the evidence just in time as Earl Hebner made his way back to the ring. Jarrett dragged A-1 to his feet & hit The Stroke for the three count.
Result: Jeff Jarrett & Scott Steiner via Pin fall.
After the match Roode came back to the ring, this time with a steel chair. Roode slid into the ring but gets tripped by Johnny Devine who never left ringside. Jarrett picks up the chair & smashes Roode in the spine with it. Devine pulls Roode out of the ring & rams him into the ring steps before he climbs into the ring again. Devine offers his hand to Jarrett who then accepts it.
As Jarrett & Devine celebrate in-ring a video airs bringing us up to speed on the Booker T/Kaz situation because Kaz is in action next. The video announces that Kaz will face Booker T at Lock down.
Jerry Lynn is first out. The former X-Division champion put in a good showing at Destination X but came up short. A win against Kaz would put him right back into contention for the title. Kaz is out next. Kaz gets a great reaction from the fans who have seen him grow into a potential Main Event Star. Before the match Kaz offers a handshake that Jerry Lynn gladly accepts before wishing Kaz luck. A rare show of Sportsmanship these days.
Jerry Lynn
vs.
Kaz
Despite being well into his forty's, Jerry Lynn showed the world he can still go at the highest level. Lynn was exhausted near the end of the match as his age finally caught up with him. It took nearly twenty minutes of back & forth action but Kaz took the upper hand when Lynn tired. Kaz hits a Wave of the Future but only gets a two count. In the end it was the Flux Capacitor that did in the feisty veteran as Kaz got the three count.
Result: Kaz via Pin fall.
After the match, Kaz helped Jerry Lynn to his feet & again shook his hand before raising the hand of Lynn. Both men received a standing ovation.
As one friendship has been made another is being fixed. Backstage & Christian Cage is talking with AJ Styles. Cage apologizes for accusing Styles of being the Masked Man. Cage says he wants to put all that behind them so they can move on. Cage then asks Styles to be the final member of his Lethal Lock down team. Styles agrees but warns Cage that if he gets the chance, he's going for gold. Cage says he understands the risks but would rather be with AJ than against him. Styles seems delighted with this as he walks off but Cage looks less than happy.
The Music of Austin Aries plays next as he is accompanied to the ring by Ms. Brooks & The Naturals again with weapons in hand. Chase Stevens has a steel chair while Andy Douglas has a chain. Aries has the lead pipe while Ms. Brooks has handcuffs.
Brother Ray is introduced next but he doesn't come alone. This week he is accompanied by Samoa Joe & Black Machismo. Ray & Machismo are carrying a table with them while Samoa Joe has a ladder.
Street Fight
Austin Aries
vs.
Brother Ray
Despite it being officially a one-on-one match, it was rarely one-on-one as Joe, Lethal & The Naturals all brawled constantly. Joe was about to put Douglas through a table when Ms. Brooks gave him a low blow from behind. Douglas somehow got the strength to suplex Joe through the table to effectively make it Three on Two. Both Naturals tried in vain to get rid of Black Machismo but he slipped out of each attempt to drive him through a table also. While this was happening on the outside, Brother Ray was going to town on Austin Aries in ring with the chain The Naturals brought to ringside.
Being in control & Aries rolling around in pain, Brother Ray decided to become an inventor. Ray got a table, set it up in ring, filled it with steel chairs & the chain for good measure. Ray then set up two chairs underneath the table so the recipient would go through the chair filled table then through two chairs. Ray grabbed Aries & was about to power bomb him but stopped. Ray instead hit the Bionic Elbow to knock Aries down again. Ray went outside & threw the ladder into the ring. Ray put the ladder on top of the chairs on top of the table & smiled. Ray again grabbed Aries but this time got a right hand to the jaw. Ray falls back unconscious as Aries throws the handcuffs back to Ms. Brooks. Aries covers & gets the three count.
Result: Austin Aries via Pin fall.
Machismo has finally been put out of action after The Naturals hit The Natural Disaster on the ramp way. Aries crawls out of the way as The Naturals drag the lifeless body of Brother Ray to his feet & set him up for a Natural Disaster through his own sinister set-up. Before The Naturals can get Ray into the air, Joe hits the ring with the lead pipe in hand. The Naturals bail as Aries is already halfway up the ramp celebrating his victory with Ms. Brooks.
As the ring is cleared a video package airs showing the ending of Elimination X at Destination X & Kid Kash complaining last week about getting robbed. The video also shows Homicide proposing a best of three series after Matt Bentley claimed he should be the one getting a title shot at Lock down. Match one of Matt Bentley vs Kid Kash is up next.
Homicide comes to ringside before the match. He is accompanied by Shelley Martinez. Homicide takes a seat at the announce table while Martinez takes a seat at the Spanish announce table. Matt Bentley is first out. Considering the opposition, Bentley gets a fairly positive response from the fans. Kid Kash on the other hand gets a very negative response. Kash is booed & jeered as he makes his entrance.
Match one of Best of Three Series
Kid Kash
vs.
Matt Bentley
An evenly matched contest that was decided by a mistake. Kash had hit Bentley with a Third Dead Level after failing to pick up the win on the first two occasions before going to the top rope. Kash, still stunned from Bentley hitting him with a super kick only moments ago, slipped on the top & crotched himself. Bentley took advantage by hitting a Superplex. Bentley didn't go for the pin. Instead he took a page out of his cousin's book & tuned up the band. Bentley went on to hit The Head on Collision for the three count to go 1-0 up.
Result: Matt Bentley via Pin fall.
After the match Bentley slides out of the ring & heads for the announce table. Homicide jumps to his feet as both men size each other up as we go off the air.
