The point is Chavo was the
ECW CHAMPION and the Royal Rumble winner has the choice of facing one of the
THREE brand champions at Wrestlemania. Chavo shouldn't have been in the Rumble because he was one of those champions. It's the same as having Randy Orton or Edge in the rumble.
Remember when the Undertaker won the Rumble in 2007, he had the choice of facing John Cena, WWE Champion, Batista, World Heavyweight Champion or Bobby Lashley, ECW Champion.
