I agree. Both sides need to make some concessions. But with Dana calling Fedor's management "crazy Russians" in interviews, I just don't think it would have the right atmosphere for negotiations. Fedor and his management feel insulted (as they should) and I think if the UFC wants this deal to happen the owners should talk to Fedor directly.
