Paul Heyman has posted a video of his announcements on WWE: TV Shows > ECW He felt as if he could not wait untill next week to say what they were and he didn't have enough time left to show it on TV, so here it is...

As the video plays, We can see Paul Heyman standing in the middle of the ring “When I started ECW, I wanted to revolutionise the business, I wanted to show a new side to wrestling, A side that might be rejected by the norm but embraced by the freaks of this world. I wanted to show you new talent, old and new from all over the world. And for the past fourteen years that’s exactly what we’ve been doing, weather its been through you, the fans watching tapes, coming to our shows or watching our pay-per-views.

But now I’m going to cut to the chase, I have two very important announcements to make, the first... I’d like to thank you the fans, for helping raise ECW off the ground and release it from that development territory of a lie that WWE tried to make it – Sure they said it’d be like the old ECW, but quite frankly the OLD ECW never had giant arena’s, We were used to the bingo hall off that intersection, we were used to shooting our promo’s out on the streets, in class rooms… WWE would never let ECW be truly extreme but now I’m back, and with your support for the wrestlers and me we can strive for what ECW once was but always will be!

And the second announcement which is one of the most Important announcements that will be made this year – EVERY one of ECW’S standard matches will be counted as an ‘Extreme rules’ match, I’ll break it down for you. One on One, Two on Two, Three on Three, Whatever, unless it has a previously stated stipulation it will be counted as an ‘Extreme Rules’ Match. And If Vince doesn’t like that, I don’t care, ECW has been re-born but we’re sticking to our roots as the first Extreme promotion, Sure there’s been IWA,PWG, CZW, hell even the now defunct TNA, All of them. Extreme but they took there influence from us, there fans are fans of that type of wrestling because of you, the ECW Fans. You are the main part of our promotion and you’ll always keep us strong, fuck the censors and fuck Vince McMahon, if he doesn’t accept ECW, then ECW will quit as a brand in his pathetic, manipulative business!” The video stops.
