In my original post I said the Cop was out of his jurisidiction. Later when someone asked me how I knew that he was out of his jurisdiction I elaborated on that subject. That is not really adding to the original story but elaborating on a point when asked about it.

California isn't no where near a strict with limitations as Georgia is... but then again they did let O.J. off the hook...

Anyway, the Radar box is mounted on the dash (This means its not a gun! It sits perfectly still!) of my vehicle and both the rear and front antennas are installed properly in either my front or rear windshield. This system is tested by myself everyday before my shift and, is tested by the proper "P.O.S.T" certified calibration inspector quarterly. I installed the system myself and have Never lost a case and like I said before I have even written other police officers citations who have tried to challenge me and guess what? They lost... so what makes you think you would win a case against me? I mean because I seriously doubt the judge is going to let you bring a lab top in the court room and copy and paste from sites you think are legit(but are just other pissed off cry babies). Besides you, yourself don't really know the codes, rules, or whatever you want to call them. Most of the material you have posted is an obvious copy/paste job. By the way, there are several sites dedicated to trying to help people get out of thier traffic tickets... which one do you go to?

No we don't speed to get to a dunkin donuts... as a matter of fact we don't even have one anywhere close by that I am aware of...
I don't really know why we are discussing radar. You were the one who brought it up. It had nothing to with this case because he didn't get me on radar.

I don't really have to worry about radar though because my Escort Passport Radar Detector (Developed by a veteran Police Officer) alerts me most of the time. The only time it doesn't is when the Police are running a speed trap by parking at the bottom of a hill or parking behind something (which a lot of the time is against policy). Whenever I do challenge a ticket and win, I will let you know though. And as for copying and pasting, anything that I copied and pasted (which was very little) was because I knew you would not believe me if I said it. It came from Westlaw which is a site used by lawyers to prepare cases for court. I can assure you that it is 100% legit, but of course you won't believe it.

I am beginning to doubt that you even have a degree or are even a police officer for that matter.....no wait, I do believe you are police officer because you have the obnoxious attitude down perfect.

I'm a good old rebel,
Now thats just what I am,
And for this Yankee nation,
I do not give a damn.
I'm glad we fought against her,
I only wish we'd won.
I ain't asking any pardon for anything we've done.
