 Proud Dad
So my wife and I bought my kids placemats for the dinner table. My 6 year old picked out one of the US presidents. It lists the presidents, their names, and which president they were in order. On the other side is a random order of all the presidents and just pics of their faces in black and white.
So this morning she says, "Quiz me". Yeah...........she only got like 4 wrong out of all the presidents. She even knew which president they were (like 6th overall or whatever). I was BLOWN away. To be honest too, the ones that she messed up on I hadnt even heard of them before. haha.
Then she says very modestly, but still funny in my head "Dad, I am like the smartest kid in my class by alot, well except Amish" (not sure if that was his name. Little kid from India)
Ummm, yeah you are. I am so proud. I really makes all the decisions my wife and I made years ago with leaving work and staying home and not putting the kids in daycare all validated. I really think her mom staying home had ALOT to do with this. She certainly has a thrist for learning. Something I never ever had.
