| Re: TNA Impact sucks Well, Griff, I myself have engaged in no "childish taunts" on this thread, in fact I think you'll find I was actively trying to be the better man and ignoring the personal attack in order to get my thread back on track.
So either (a) show me the personal attacks I have made on other peoples opinions on this thread or (b) be a little more honest and specific that you are in fact referring to your "fellow mod" who took this thread off track by making a personal attack on me that had nothing to do with the thread in hand, and make your "criticism" less general.
One would have thought that the role of any mod here is to actively encourage discussion and debate, not to kill it or turn it personal if they are seen to be struggling with using intellect above name calling. I repeat...poor show.
No matter how much "spin" any of you want to put on each post, I'll just stick to the facts. TNA's rating may improve, but it's of very little consequence, both in terms of numbers (which are miniscule improvements....not worth mentioning) nor in terms of making the company succesful since they make the company no extra money.
TNA Impact as a show fails badly in making the company money because it fails to convert those viewers to anything more than 1% buying the PPV, and this will continue all the while this show remains so poorly devised. Until it changes, then it will continue with 1.2/1.1 ratings and 1% conversion.
Until they address these problems, they, and their fans, can continue sticking their heads in the sand and not pretending that this is just a company kept afloat by a money mark who will never get any return whilst it continues like that. Let's pray for your sakes that she never grows bored! |
