So do you. Speeding is breaking the law. Do you really expect a police officer to see a robbery in progress & just say, oh well its out of my juridiction, i better not do anything. Of course you dont. Speeding is dangerous, Speeding & Dangerous Driving are offences. Overtaking a police officer while speeding is just stupid & asking for trouble.
You should be thankful he let you off easy not come on here & cry.
