What am I supposed to do when I get pulled over? Feel good about it? A lot of people complain about being pulled over. I would have just vented a little and went on.
The Constitution guarantees due process of law and it is against the law for a City policeman to pull someone over out of his juridiction. If the offense occurred within city limits and he chased me outside of city limits, that would have been perfectly acceptable. But that was not the case. So if my Constitutional Rights were violated, I have every right to be pissed off.
Policeman just can't go around doing whatever they want to do. They have to abide by the law.
