This makes no sense. So even if a policeman pulled you over who was in his jurisdiction because you were speeding, you would have still complained? Thats just retarded, you were speeding and breaking the law, what do you have to complain about?

Also where in the constitution does it say you have to right to break the law and get away with it, I must have missed that section.
