It depends on the people there.

His core group are known for being emotional even overly so.

When you have overly emotional people they tend to reaction with faiting, yelling, etc.

You being Pentecostal like me should know that there are folks who just over react when they feel emotion or feel moved be it by man, God, or anything in general.

All this aside I find the idea that he's seeding the crowd with planted people to do this kind of a stretch considering his campaign is not hurting for votes.
