Here's the thing, he can be like he is outside of the ring and yet, he is still respected for what he can do in the ring. If you ask anyone who follows TNA who the best in ring worker is, 5 of 10 would have said AJ Styles then and the same 5 of 10 would say the same now. He can have this gimmick and still be respected in the ring. Remember, wrestling is here to entertain and he is doing just that to a MUCH larger group of people, while still showing top notch abilities in ring. The vast majority of people don't watch it for just the wrestling, so not having a gimmick like this only hurts him. |
