And not letting him fight Sambo even though they have made exceptions for other fighters in the past, having a champion clause which would automatically extend his contract if he was champion.

With M1 he got a better contract. He is part owner and is getting paid a hefty sum.

As for him being scared to fight UFC fighters, he put a stipulation in his M1 contract that would give any UFC fighter $1 million on top of their current fight salary to face him in M1.
