Untitled project will focus on Richards' life as a single mom (and tabloid staple) following her high-profile divorce from Charlie Sheen. Seacrest is producing via his overall deal with E!, which has already yielded the popular Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Skein will debut this summer.

Eliot Goldberg, senior VP of production and development for Ryan Seacrest Prods., said he and Seacrest have been talking to Richards about doing a show "for quite some time."
Seacrest and Richards will exec produce the project with Goldberg on board as co-exec producer.
In addition to the Richards project, Ryan Seacrest Prods. is at work on the second season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," which will debut next month. Company also exec produces all of E!'s live awards show coverage.
