College "recruit's" lie gone horribly wrong
This is an amazing story. Basically, this local hero kid from a small town in Nevada made up a story to his family, friends, everyone.. that he was being recruited and offered scholarships to big division I universities. The lie grew and grew and grew until just the other day when the local media covered his "decision" live on tv complete with him sitting in front of a packed gymnasium with a Cal and Oregon cap. Crazy shit.
