Tomorrow is PANCAKE DAY over here, which is a day of untold greatness for those of us that absolutely love completely pigging out on this high fat treat day......

Some questions though...

Do they celebrate this day in the US? I don't have a clue.

If you do celebrate it and do indeed LOVE IT, do you have the homemade pancakes or the cheap shop stuff? What do you have on yours? Lemon and sugar? Mmmmm. Ice cream and maple syrup? Mmmmm.
