Same sex "marriage" no, but a civil union allowing the same right then yes. Marriage is something that is and always has been something shared by a man an woman, and is (according to my beliefs) a gift from God.
If someone wants equal rights I am all about it, but not by making it a marriage. I also believe someone going into a civil union should be penalized legally for splitting, as I feel the same should happen with divorce, but that is not here nor there. |
