You can read the whole story on espn. Now, I don't want to speculate too much about this as we don't have any strong evidence yet and we may not ever. Former Pats' video assistant Matt Walsh is said to possess tapes that could be "damaging to the league and Patriots" but we don't know what could be on those tapes and/or if it has anything to do with this story.
Basically, between all this and the spygate incident earlier in the year, I don't think Belichick is looking as much the mad scientist as we may have believed. Looking back on that Rams' Super Bowl, I remember Pat defenders jumping routes all over the place. Well prepared? maybe Cheating? possibly.
Again, I don't want to take anything away from the Pats or their success just yet, but it's not looking great..
