Of course it is. He'll be wrestling in a match with one of his best friends in Wrestling. For him, when he looks back on his career, a match against Flair at Wrestlemania will probably be one of his favourite memories. I'd imagine Flair will have a huge say in who his last match with is against, and for me it's gotta be Triple H.
If Mania is not Ric's last match then yeah, put him against Kennedy, but I don't see it benefiting Kennedy at all. If a series of matches with Shawn Michaels can't elevate him more into the main event status (which I don't believe it has) then a series with Flair won't.
Kennedy vs. Triple H could be a feud to elevate Mr.K to that status, and if it's not Flair vs. Triple H, then I see Triple H going against Kennedy. But defiantly not Triple H vs. Edge. With Michaels then taking on Flair.
