On one hand, you're right -- both those guys are blazers, playmakers, guy who should get the ball running full speed.

But you also have to remember a few things: first, they're both still learning to play the position. This is Hester's first season playing WR since his early days at Miami, and Ginn is still a converted cornerback who came out early. You can really tell it when you watch Hester -- not only does he have pretty poor hands, like Blade said, but he runs the wrong route at least a couple times every game.

Second, look who's throwing them the ball. This week it was Kyle Orton and John Beck, neither of whom I would want throwing quick slants to the outside on a regular basis, especially not towards a hungry cornerback.

Last, to be honest, most of the balls I have seen thrown to Ginn and Hester have been screens and fly patterns, but I obvioiusly haven't been watching those teams every week.
