There is an Urban legend of a team of animator's slipping a frame of a naked woman into some test animation back in the day as a joke/test for Walt. It was then aired for Walt, who was said to have an insane eye.
Following the airing he said it was great except for the naked woman, the animators all laughed and explained the joke, after which he promptly fired them.
