Yeah thats what kind of confuses me lol, I know Bailey kind of called out Rivers in the Media saying he talked to much trash so I wasn't suprised when I saw him jawing with Bailey.
Rivers just seems alittle to sub par to talk smack even though he played a decent game (If you check the stats, Rivers 18-TDs, 15 INTs. Cutler-18 TDs, 12 INTs). No one on the Chargers board seems to know what the heck is was about either :S I guess we wait and see if they say anything in to the press.
It wasn't just rivers though, Eric Weddle had a penalty for shoving Cutler late after he threw the ball. the D line had atleast one late push or shove on Cutler per person. I don't think Cutler really said anything to warrent it, Bailey said stuff, John Lynch tossed LTs Helmet early in the game. Maybe it was just a weird divsion rival game I dunno but the Chargers don't usually go after a QB like they did with Cutler. |
