Along with that, you're really going to want to work out the calfs, hamstrings & quads. Don't strength train. Do a lot of reps. I'd recommend doing 3 sets, first for 10, second for 20, and then another 10. That second set, you could probably bump it up 20 lbs. You'll burn a lot of calories that way too. |
