| Re: The people you see in gyms Well, I quit going to the gym and work out at home or at some friends house now.
However, when I did go I had bad experiences at the last gyms I went to.
One gym I went to I had my membership taken away because I was told I had an attitude problem (yes I am anti-social and want to be left alone sometimes)... The people I had the attitude with were these same three fat guys who were supposed legends in high school football or whatever they made up to impress people. Anyway, these types of people are the "I'm Out of Shape but in my mind I am Mr. Olympia!" people. These people half ass their workouts and walk from station to station telling people they are doing an exercise incorrectly and try and correct the person.
Another gym I quit going to because everytime I went there some damn body would bring there children in the gym and let them run all over the place... No the owner didn't do a damn thing about it. I guess these people are the "I couldn't find a baby sitter so why not bring my children to the gym and annoy other people who want to better themselves" people.
The Machine hogs are always a problem at any gym you attend. I hate those people that go there and stay on the same machine for 30mins to an hour doind the same exercise over and over again. |
