Re: Do you support a salary cap in MLB?

I was reading an article on baseball prospects yesterday about each team's offseason plans, and the guy mentioned that the D-Rays could be a serious contender in about 2-3 years.

Their combination of major league hitters and minor leaguers ready to get called up is pretty impressive. Crawford, Upton, Delmon Young, and Carlos Pena are all fantastic hitters. Their 3rd base prospect, Evan Longoria (yes thats his real name) is one of the top-ranked prospects in all of baseball. They have two legitimately good starters in Kazmir and James Shields, and they've drafted a few stud pitchers since then.

They really could have a big turnaround in a few years...
