I would say overall baseball is probably the highest paying but that's not backed up by anything.
Ive got to agree here, certain individuals from certain sports get complete diffrent pay checks than other people in the same sport, examples of this are Tiger Woods and Micheal Schumacher who earn(ed) far more than anybnody else in the same sport
